The ProShot Precision Youth Compound bow is an excellent starter set up for aspiring archers! It's got a low power draw weight so it'll be usable by most, and thanks to the cams it's extremely easy to held in the drawn position to aim.
The draw weight of the bow is 10 - 15 lbs, and the cams have a let off of 65% which equates to a tension of 5.25lbs once the bow has been drawn. This makes it very easy and simple to aim the bow as the shooter is not struggling to hold the string and concentrate on aiming at the same time.
