Notable design elements, such as the flipper, now serve as a finger guard, distinguishing it from its folding counterpart. The blade, measuring 10 cm in total, is crafted from robust D2 steel—a tool steel known for its durability and excellent sharpness retention. Easy to sharpen, it proves practical for regular use, though care is advised against rust, as D2 is not entirely stainless. Regular cleaning is recommended, particularly after exposure to (fruit) acids, salt, or moisture.
