The Maxace MAXMBL01 is a serious knife. It's got a large, 4" stonewash finished Vanadis 4E carbon steel blade designed for the toughest and most extreme of cutting tasks. The steel will hold it's edge extremely well, is remarkably easy to sharpen and all around a great metal to work with. It comes with a dropped point enable great piercing and a high flat sabre grind that allows for excellent slicing too.
The handle is full tang and bolted into bright orange, extremely visible G10 handle scales. These scales offer supreme grip even in the worst conditions such as the wet, cold or oily locations and is well designed to fit comfortably into hand. There is a small finger choil with tiny guard that helps to prevent your hand from slipping onto the blade during use. What's more, the knife includes a lanyard hold at the pommel allowing for even more carry options. This knife comes with a black kydex thermoplastic sheath too!
