Not your average looking fixed blade this one! It features an unusual 'flat tip' design with no traditional 'point'. The front 'tip' is sharpened and can be used similar to a chisel and meets the shapened edge of the 'standard' (hah) blade with a 90 degree bend which functions as this blades more typical piercing point. The main section of blade is deeply serrated ensuring ease when cutting fibrous materials such as rope.
The handle is made from black micarta which adds a little texture to the knife and includes the blades full tang (made from 8CR13 stainless steel). Terminating the knife you'll find a wide lanyard slot if you're that way inclined. The blade ships with a black nylon slip sheath too.
